Return Policy

Our store return policy is simple. We will accept defective products for either exchange or refund. Our product are manufactured under strict quality control standards, but nothing is free from defection. From various inhouse product testing we performed, a defective vaporizer is quite rare and usually malfunction within the first couple weeks. If this does occur please call us. Our product warranty for all of our glass on glass interface/convection technology vaporizers is 90 days. I have had my VP-100 box vaporizer since 2006 and it still works fine today. For our Chromium Crusher brand grinders, we offer 3 years warranty and can be extended to lifetime warranty for $5 more. If any teeth or screens becomes lose, we will send you a new replacement part. However, We will not accept return products with any cosmetic damages due to usage over time. We will try to answer your inquiry within 1 day (including weekends).
