Healthy Snacks To Serve When Hosting The 2010 World Cup At Your Home
Posted by Arnold Yu June 18, 2010.
With the world cup madness in full effect, that means a lot of viewing parties and a lot of finger foods, at random times of the day! Now, stuffing your face with food every time you watch a game is "necessary" and "tradition" (so you don't pass out from yelling at the T.V for 3 consecutive hours of course) but you can definitely choose what goes into your body to avoid the bloated feeling at 9 in the morning. Some healthy snack suggestions to serve at your next World Cup Party are:
- Pretzels
- Whole Wheat crackers
- String cheese
- Assortment of fruit
- Unsalted Nuts
- Baby Carrots
- Raisins
- Low Fat Microwaveable Popcorn
A peanut butter and honey dip that'll go with almost anything I listed above.
Now all the stuff I have listed should suffice any munchies that you or your guests will have, so sit back, relax, and cheer you hearts out! GO TEAM U.S.A!!!!
