Using a Herb Vaporizer

When preparing to smoke from a vaporizer it is important to make sure that all components are clean: the glass joints, the whip, and the heating element.

Now that we are certain your vaporizer is prepared for use, the first step is to fully chop or grind your smoking material. Unlike with traditional smoking methods it is important that your smoking material is broken up or separated. A good method of maintaining the proper density of your smoking material is through the use of a herb grinder. A grinder will put your smoking material into a fine powder.

It is important that your smoking material is as broken up as much as possible so that it can spread properly over the surface area. It is necessary that you place the smoking material evenly over the heating plate to ensure proper burning, and thus a good smoke. Once you have leveled the smoking material along the heating plate, replace the cover over the herb compartment.

Now that the vaporizer is all ready to go, it is time to turn it on until you have properly vaporized smoking material. It usually requires about 3 minutes for the vaporizer to reach a high enough temperature to vaporize your smoking material. Be patient and do not inhale early, or you may waste some of your vapor.

You will be able to see as the vaporizing begins to take place, as a nearly clear stream of vapor will begin to rise from your smoking material. Once the container is filled with vapor, or your smoking material is no longer creating any vapor, it is time to breathe in the fumes of vapor through a straw, and experience a new and healthy way of smoking. Through the use of a vaporizer you will have odorless and smokeless, smoking sessions, with out all of the normal medical hazards normally associated with smoking.

The clean up for your vaporizer once you have finished using it is also very simple. By cleaning off the top plate and wiping down the inside chamber you have prepared it for a clean burn and a pleasant use in the future.
